Terms of Use

By downloading, accessing, or using TurfRun, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use TurfRun.

If you use TurfRun on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

These Terms apply to the TurfRun mobile app, website, and related services provided by Fria AI, Inc.

You must be at least 13 years old to use TurfRun. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use TurfRun only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

TurfRun may use an anonymous account to save or sync your progress. You are responsible for activity associated with your device or account.

You agree to provide accurate display and profile information and not impersonate another person, misrepresent affiliation, or use offensive or unlawful profile content.

TurfRun is a fitness and territory game for personal, non-commercial use. It is not a navigation, emergency, medical, or safety service.

You are solely responsible for choosing safe routes, obeying traffic rules, respecting private property, staying aware of surroundings, and avoiding dangerous areas or conditions.

Do not use TurfRun while driving, cycling in an unsafe manner, operating machinery, crossing roads without attention, or doing anything where looking at a device could create risk.

Consult a medical professional before beginning a new fitness activity if you have health concerns. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.

Subject to these Terms, Fria AI, Inc. grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TurfRun for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or attempt to extract source code from TurfRun except where applicable law expressly allows it.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Fria AI, Inc. and its licensors.

You retain ownership of your runs, routes, profile choices, screenshots, share cards, and other content you create or submit through TurfRun.

By using features that save, sync, display, rank, or share content, you grant Fria AI, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, transmit, and use that content as needed to operate and improve TurfRun.

If you share a route, screenshot, or card publicly, you are responsible for making sure it does not reveal sensitive locations or information you do not want others to see.

Do not submit or share content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, misleading, invasive of privacy, infringing, or otherwise harmful.

TurfRun may include territory capture, raids, fortifications, leaderboards, quests, streaks, rivals, and other game mechanics. These mechanics may change over time.

Do not cheat, spoof location, manipulate GPS data, automate runs, exploit bugs, interfere with leaderboards, or use TurfRun in a way that harms the experience for others.

We may adjust, remove, reset, or refuse to count activity that appears fraudulent, abusive, unsafe, technically invalid, or inconsistent with fair play.

TurfRun Pro may offer paid subscriptions or other in-app purchases. Pro features may include fortification shields, premium colors, full run history, premium share cards, or other features described in the app.

Payments are charged to your Apple Account and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Apple, not Fria AI, processes payment details and manages billing.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew at the end of their duration until cancelled. You can manage, change, or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

Subscription availability, prices, trials, promotions, renewal periods, and included features may change. If a Pro feature is removed or materially changed, we will try to provide reasonable notice where appropriate.

Except where required by law or Apple's policies, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests for Apple in-app purchases are handled by Apple.

TurfRun may rely on third-party services such as Apple, Firebase, RevenueCat, hosting providers, analytics, diagnostics, or support tools.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Fria AI, Inc. is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

Your use of the App Store, Apple Account, in-app purchase, or device-level settings is governed by Apple's applicable terms.

You may stop using TurfRun at any time. You can delete the app from your device, but deleting the app may not cancel an active subscription or delete synced data.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to TurfRun if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or liability, abused the service, interfered with fair play, or if we discontinue the service.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute provisions, will survive.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue TurfRun features, content, game mechanics, Pro benefits, or availability from time to time.

We do not guarantee that TurfRun will be available at all times or in all locations. Availability may depend on device hardware, GPS quality, network access, app store availability, service providers, and local conditions.

We may also update these Terms. Continued use of TurfRun after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

TurfRun is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that GPS tracking, route detection, territory calculations, leaderboards, sync, purchases, notifications, or app availability will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or secure in all conditions.

Fitness activity involves risk. TurfRun does not provide medical, health, safety, legal, route planning, or emergency advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fria AI, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, use, or other intangible losses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to TurfRun or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Fria AI, Inc. for TurfRun in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limits may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fria AI, Inc. from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of TurfRun, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at the support email below.

These Terms and any disputes will be interpreted under applicable law, without limiting non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have in your jurisdiction.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in a court or forum with proper jurisdiction unless applicable law provides another required process.

If you download TurfRun from the App Store, Apple is not responsible for TurfRun or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for TurfRun.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to your use of TurfRun on Apple platforms and may enforce those terms against you where applicable.
